Bio: Born in Santa Cruz, California, Arthur grew up on a little ranch on the California coast. Arthur was raised on a steady diet of comic books and anime. After graduating high school, he moved to Oregon in 2011, and attended Portland State University, majoring in film studies. Arthur specializes in illustrative, cartoon, blackwork, and pop art tattoos. But he can do a little bit of everything if you ask nicely.
